Metro Roller Door Service was established in 1988 in response to a growing demand for repairs and service to damaged industrial roller shutters and roller doors.

After gathering together a group of experienced roller shutter servicemen, Metro then established a 24/7 emergency response crew that reacts to calls for impact damage, mechanical failure and all roller shutter and roller door issues that are called in on our twenty four hour help line.

Metro have the knowledge and experience that makes us able to resolve all problems that may arise with any make of roller door or roller shutter, be that issue mechanical or electrical. Our servicemen are also up to date with all types of sliding, swinging and overhead gate systems both manual and remote controlled.

A need then arose within the roller shutter industry for a reliable and rapid supply of spare parts i.e. slats and bottom rails. This was the catalyst for Metro Roller Door Service to move into manufacturing and establishing our current base in Campbellfield, from this base we supply galvanised and powder coated slats and complete curtains to the industry on a rapid turnaround basis.

This manufacturing base enables Metro Roller Door Service to produce replacement slats, bottom rails, complete curtains and associated parts for our servicemen so that your repairs take the shortest time possible.

Metro Roller Door Service now has the capacity to roll all profiles of slats used in the Victorian market as well as small steel fabrications to complete any type of roller door or roller shutter repair, we are also able to quote, supply and install new roller shutters and roller doors via our association with all major manufacturers of both industrial and domestic shutters, these manufacturers also take advantage of Metro's rapid supply of spare parts.

 

 

 

 

Metro Roller Door Service can be on your site ( Melbourne Metro Area ) within two hours of your call. At the first instance the shutter will be opened/closed as is required, then due to our manufacturing capability, in most cases, will be back on your site next day with the required parts to complete the repair to your damaged roller shutter or roller door.
